Does M Night Shyamalan’s ‘Glass’ Have a Post-Credits Scene?

Does M Night Shyamalan’s ‘Glass’ Have a Post-Credits Scene?
With “Split” back in 2017, M. Night Shyamalan ventured into new territory as a director — he had stealthily made a sequel to his 2000 film “Unbreakable,” which these days is generally regarded as his best movie. Though “Split” was more of a sidequel than true sequel, akin to the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the big reveal coming during the end credits. And now we have “Glass,” a sequel to both “Unbreakable” and “Split” that brings together the considerable talents of James McAvoy, Samual L. Jackson and Bruce Willis.

Shyamalan’s shared universe has finally come together a la the “Avengers” films, and we can’t help but wonder what’s next, if anything, for this surprising little franchise. After all, the pop culture landscape is littered with these types of series at this point — and franchises never truly die. “Avengers: Endgame” might be about to end the story of the first eleven years of the McU,

Avengers: Endgame Star Don Cheadle Refuses To Do Press With Mark Ruffalo

It’s been a little while now since Mark Ruffalo last lived up to his reputation as a human spoiler machine, but it seems that his Avengers: Endgame co-stars haven’t yet forgotten his track record of accidental intel, with Don Cheadle touching on the matter once when he guested on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

When the subject of Ruffalo’s history of dropping spoilers came up, Cheadle took the opportunity to explain why he refuses to do any press with the man, telling Fallon:

“Why do I need that hassle, right? I don’t need to be sitting next to him when he blows the whole reveal of the movie.”

Spider-Man: Far From Home’s Set After Avengers: Endgame For A Specific Reason

The first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home released earlier this week, and as much as fans are excited for the movie itself, one of the biggest talking points is the argument over where it comes in McU continuity. As Spidey and Nick Fury died in Avengers: Infinity War, their presence in Ffh rather suggests that the sequel takes place prior to Iw or that it picks up after Avengers: Endgame, which would mean it confirms Peter and Fury are resurrected.

So far, reports are saying that it’s actually the latter option, and Far From Home does follow on from Endgame. McU Cosmic’s Jeremy Conrad is someone who’s sticking to this story, too, claiming that this has to be the case as there’s a very specific reason as to why the next Spider-Man movie follows on from Endgame.

He wouldn’t say more than that, but

Don Cheadle Refuses to Do Avengers: Endgame Press with Mark Ruffalo

Don Cheadle Refuses to Do Avengers: Endgame Press with Mark Ruffalo
Don Cheadle has revealed that he won't do press for Avengers: Endgame with co-star Mark Ruffalo. Cheadle has decided that he doesn't need that "hassle" in his life, so he refuses to do interviews with Ruffalo. The actor does have a pretty dry sense of humor, but in a recent interview, it appears that he means it. Ruffalo, and Tom Holland, who was also called out by Cheadle, are notorious for spilling Marvel Cinematic Universe secrets.

Don Cheadle plays War Machine, aka James "Rhodey" Rhodes, in the McU and he was asked about Avengers: Endgame, which he obviously could not talk about. The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon understood why Cheadle couldn't say anything. However, he did bring up Mark Ruffalo's spoiler reputation, to which the actor said, "He runs his mouth a lot." He explains.

"Why do I need that hassle, right? I don't need to be sitting next

Seth Rogen-Charlize Theron Comedy Moves Up To First Weekend In May After Scoring SXSW Slot

  • Deadline
After landing a world premiere at SXSW, Lionsgate’s Charlize Theron-Seth Rogen comedy formerly known as Flarsky is moving up its release from June 7 to May 3.

This shows that Lionsgate has plenty of confidence in the film, and is playing it not only closer to SXSW, but also putting it on the weekend following Disney/Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame. Once upon a time the first weekend of summer was the first weekend of May, but Avengers: Infinity War changed all that last year with an all-time domestic start of $257.6 million.

On its new date, the Rogen-Theron comedy will share the marquee with such wide entries as Stx’s UglyDolls movie and Screen Gems’ thriller The Intruder.

The Theron-Rogen comedy centers on an ambitious diplomat with a spotless reputation and a hard-partying journalist as they redefine “international relations” and try to keep their red-hot romance under wraps. Jonathan Levine

How the Spider-Man: Far From Home Trailer Alludes to Thanos's Defeat in Avengers: Endgame

Spider-Man: Far From Home just dropped its first teaser on Jan. 15, but it's already created a maelstrom of questions.

To be fair, the entire teaser could be considered a spoiler since the sequel to Homecoming is believed to follow the events of the unreleased Avengers: Endgame. Specifically, in 2017 Sony producer Amy Pascal said that Far From Home begins "a few minutes after Avengers 4 wraps as a story." Considering it's been almost two years since then, the timeline for Far From Home may have been changed, but the teaser doesn't give any hints as to how long it's been post-Endgame. In fact, nothing about anyone's behavior in the teaser would make you think that there even was a post-Endgame (aside from Tony Stark's notable absence).

What You Need to Know About Mysterio and the Elementals in ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’

  • The Wrap
What You Need to Know About Mysterio and the Elementals in ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’
So we got our very first look at “Spider-Man: Far From Home” — notable for a lot of reasons, the biggest probably being that it will be the first movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that takes place after “Avengers: Endgame.”

Now, the trailer provides no clues about how that fourth “Avengers” movie is going to play out — unless you didn’t know that this movie existed, in which case you will be surprised to discover that Spider-Man is alive again. But while this first tease for “Far From Home” doesn’t do much looking back, it does appear to give us some clues about where the McU is going once the battle with Thanos finally concludes in a couple months.

The trailer is pretty light on plot details in general, but it does introduce what we assume are most of the major players. Including five new villains: Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal

Leaked Avengers: Endgame Pop! Vinyls Tease The Heroes’ New Looks

With Avengers: Endgame just a few months away from release, you can imagine that there’s a whole load of merchandise just waiting to be green-lit, and among those tie-in products is apparently a new line of Pop! Vinyl figures, with some artwork for the designs recently making its way online.

Obviously, assuming this leak is genuine, these quirky figures can only teach us so much about how the cast will look in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War sequel (presumably Earth’s Mightiest Heroes won’t be spending this next film with oversized heads and big black circles for eyes), but we can perhaps get a broad understanding of their props and costumes from the images. As per previous leaks, for instance, Thanos is back in his armor and equipped with a new sword-like weapon. Thor, meanwhile, is still holding onto his recently acquired Stormbreaker axe and sporting a new haircut,

Avengers: Endgame Theory Says Spider-Man Never Left The Bus

Though producers Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal have both mentioned that Spider-Man: Far From Home takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame, the recent trailer certainly doesn’t give off the impression that the world is still reeling from a series of seismic events that saw the genocide and subsequent resurrection of half the universe’s population. And according to a new fan theory, that’s because the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War sequel will undo more than just the Decimation.

The first Far From Home trailer more or less manages to steer clear of Endgame spoilers, but Reddit user ICCanada regards it as potentially telling that Peter is seen with one of the older versions of his Spider-Man costume, rather than the Iron Spider outfit seen in Infinity War. From here, the case is made that the reversal of the snap in Endgame – whether it’s through time travel

Two New Hellboy Posters Summon Humanity’s Unlikely Saviour

Big Red is beginning to rear those iconic horns over the horizon, and we couldn’t be more excited.

The infamous demon, played on this occasion by David Harbour of Stranger Things, will soon headline Lionsgate’s Hellboy movie, the twice-delayed reboot that pits everyone’s favorite anti-hero against a hellish queen not of this world.

We are, of course, referring to Nimue (Milla Jovovich), who seeks to destroy humanity and bring ruin to planet Earth. Exactly how she plans to do so is another question entirely, but considering today’s fresh pair of Hellboy posters, we’d wager that Jovovich’s blood queen is up against it. The first one is more of a close-up than anything else, and while the proportions are all out of whack, take nothing away from David Harbour’s ungodly scowl. Let’s just say we’d hate to be on the other end of that flaming blade.

Avengers: Endgame Lego Leak Reveals War Machine’s New Suit

When a certain type of leak becomes an outright trend – as is the case with all these recent Lego figures of Avengers: Endgame characters in Quantum Realm suits – the internet becomes vulnerable to acts of fakery from fans who are simply hopping on the bandwagon. Nonetheless, though it remains to be seen whether this new image of James Rhodes in a a white outfit is the real thing, it at least gives us something to think about until the next official development comes our way.

For those who’ve been keeping track of the recent Lego leaks for the Avengers: Infinity War sequel, the white suit with the Avengers ‘A’ emblazoned on the front should look pretty familiar by now. That being said, this might be the first image we’ve seen of Rhodes wearing the outfit, with the character even being excluded from the various team photos and artwork

Another Character Confirmed to Return For Avengers: Endgame

With Thanos’ snap came the death of half of all living things in the universe. We watched a lot of our favorite characters fade away into ash. We know some of these characters are coming back because of the future films in development, and we know that some of them will be showing up in Avengers: Endgame.

Well, today it seems like we have confirmation of another character who will appear in Endgame as the actor recently posted videos on instagram for the reshoots that have been taking place.

Before I go on, I’m going to throw this up:

There’s one character that was killed off in Avengers: Infinity War that we weren’t sure would show up in Endgame because she wasn’t killed by the snap. She was killed when Thanos threw her off the edge of a cliff so that he could obtain the Soul Stone.

Marvel Fans Think Spider-Man: Far From Home’s Mysterio Is Connected To Doctor Strange

In what might well be an attempt to avoid Avengers: Endgame spoilers, the promotion for the upcoming Spider-Man: Far From Home has so far offered few references to the wider McU and the various other superheroes who dwell within it. Nonetheless, with the unveiling of Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio in the recent trailer, some fans have argued that the new character could boast some significant connections to a certain Doctor Strange.

It can be understood from first glance how Quentin Beck’s caped costume and ostensibly supernatural powers could cause the Sorcerer Supreme to spring to mind. Of course, seeing how Mysterio’s appearance is largely modeled on the comics, these similarities might well be mere coincidence, but since the Marvel Studios likes to keep its films tightly interconnected, perhaps it’s not such an absurd notion that Gyllenhaal’s character is somehow associated with or takes inspiration from Stephen Strange and his mystical peers.

Spoilers: Two Guardians return for Avengers: Endgame reshoots

With the release of Avengers: Endgame drawing ever closer, two Guardians of the Galaxy cast members have taken to social media to announce that they are back on set for some late reshoots on the Marvel blockbuster. The first won’t be too surprising given that we’ve already glimpsed the character in the first trailer, although the second should probably be classed as a spoiler, seeing as they didn’t make it out of Avengers: Infinity War alive…

Here’s How Iron Man May Factor Into The Plot Of Avengers: Endgame

Despite only being a few months away from release, Avengers: Endgame remains a film that’s shrouded in mystery, but when you add up all the various little clues that we’ve accumulated in the last year or so, it’s clear that we won’t exactly be going into the Avengers: Infinity War sequel completely oblivious of what’s to come. A new article from Screen Rant, for instance, compiles everything we know about Tony Stark’s journey in the upcoming flick, and as it turns out, the list isn’t as short as you might think.

Perhaps the most obvious development confirmed for Anthony and Joe Russo’s next film is that Tony will be trapped in space aboard the Benatar, as seen in the movie’s first trailer. The fans have already offered plenty of suggestions for who might come to Iron Man’s assistance, be it Pepper Potts,
